One of my attempts to work with watercolors again~ ^^ It's been a couple years since I last used them!

Anyhoo~ Here's my my rendition of Terra (a.k.a Tina) of FFVI. I had to be a little more creative on the costume as the Amano version and game sprites differ quite a bit. :\

I used Koi brand watercolors on watercolor paper. Lines were inked with Microns (various colors), and although you may not see it, there's some clear lame (la-meh) gouche on some of the decorations. Took about 10 hours to complete from start to finish.

I just finished playing that game a couple weeks ago!

Terra is a gorgeous character, and you've definitely captured her well. The bg is gorgeous, the outfit is gorgeous...I definitely approve!

(and once again, sit here jealous of your talent :D )

You say you haven't touched water color in a long time... I'm half tempted to call ya a liar... ^_^;;

The mood and the general look of the image is soft and very peaceful. This looks like it took more than 10 hours but I'll take your word!
